Call for Stakeholder Input
The American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) was signed into law on March 11, 2021. The U.S. Department of Education published Interim Final Requirements on April 22, 2021 requiring Local Educational Agencies receiving ESSER III funds, like Monarch River Academy, to submit an LEA Plan for the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services.

The school welcomed stakeholder input from parents/guardians, community members, and other individuals.
