National Honor Society

1. 10th to 12th Grade Students

Eligible students will be notified by email. Any eligible student may apply.

2. Become a Member

New and returning students complete the registration survey.  New member applications are due.

3. Selection

Students will be notified of the Advisory Committee's decision of who will be invited to be a member.

4. Induction

An induction ceremony will be held via zoom. New members will be mailed their certificate and pin.

5. Participation

Members meet monthly via zoom.  Student officers are elected to lead the membership and support individual and group community service projects.

6. Reflection

Members remain in good standing by participating in monthly meetings and by completing reflection essays on both their individual and group projects.

The NHS Central Valley Chapter represents both Yosemite Valley and Monarch River Schools.
